What to expect?
This full day experience starts with us exploring the coastal hedgerows and rocky foreshore in search of ingredients for a wild salad starter. Once we have what we need, we will then move on to explore the beaches and rockpools in search of our seafood main course. Dan will be showing you the most sustainable ways to harvest your seafood, while providing tips to keep you safe and within the legal requirements. Towards the end of the experience, you will have the option to for us to cook up your catch on a beautiful Pembrokeshire beach or take your foraged finds home with you. 
 
A reasonable level of fitness is required as we will be walking a few miles.
 
Where is it?
We use locations all over Pembrokeshire and will choose the most suitable location for the experience, based on your preferences upon booking. Common locations we use are Tenby & Saundersfoot
 
What food is included?
A seasonal wild salad starter, followed by a seafood main course
(e.g cockles, mussels, clams, prawns etc)
