Full-Day Bushcraft & Survival Experience
This course is perfect for those looking to learn exciting new skills, in a safe and enjoyable environment. With the help of our experienced instructors, you will cover lots of bushcraft and wilderness skills, while gaining the experience and knowledge to safely practice them in the future.
What to expect...
This 6-hour course will begin with your instructor meeting you at our woodland carpark, after the introductions are out of the way you will take a short walk to our private outdoor classroom in the woodland.
You will be given a safety briefing and an introduction into what the next few hours will entail. However, this course can be tailored to you, so please let us know when booking, if you have any specific interests within Bushcraft (Fire lighting for example).
On this interactive course, you can expect to get really hands-on, practicing skills as you learn under the watchful eye of your experienced Instructor.
A typical full-day Bushcraft & Survival course will cover the following subjects:
Fire Lighting - Shelter Building - Water Sourcing & Purification - Finding Food
Campfire Cooking - Tree ID & Uses - Knife & Axe Skills - Knot Tying - Cordage
We will provide you with all the necessary tools and equipment, but feel free to bring refreshments and a camera to capture the memories! Robust footwear and weather-appropriate clothing is a must in this woodland setting.
The course is open to people of all ages (under 16's must have an adult present)
